About Ramen Musashi Ardsley
Located at 800 Saw Mill River Rd Ste 2, Ardsley, NY 10502, Ramen Musashi Ardsley operates as a japanese serving Ardsley in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Ardsley, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amโ8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (914) 874-8831. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is hirohitofoods.wordpress.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 60 reviews, which is a strong result for a japanese in Ardsley and suggests consistent service.
Ardsley is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Ardsley peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. It is a small self serve restaurant that feels like a little convenience store, where you pay at the counter when ordering and they bring the food out for you on a tray. There are some Japanese snacks, drink and icecream on the side. Food is decent. Chicken karaage is great, crunchy juicy and well seasoned, not dry or fiberous at all. Curry rice with Katsu is tasty but on the saltier side. Rice don with Katsu are nice too. We typically have rice leftover since they provide a lot of rice. I can use a bit more topping for the rice dishes. Ramen is hit or miss. Tonkastu ramen has an unpleasant pork flavor, so is the charchiu that comes with the ramen. Chicken broth is much better. Ramen is on the saltier side as well. Condiments on the table are fun to explore, including chili spice powder, fried garlic, and spicy sesame oil. It is nice to try them on each dish and explore the different flavors and combination.

Itโs unfortunate, I like to promote local businesses and have recommended this place to friends and family because their food is good, although a bit expensive , but every time I want to order by phone for pick up, they never pick up, even after multiple tries. Twice when they did, they put me on hold and left me waiting, once for over 10 minutes, I listened while they took other orders lol! I didnโt hang up because I wanted to complain but eventually I gave up. Ready to give up on this place for good. I think I have managed to order in 3 times out of 10 times I tried. I end up instead ordering from the Thai restaurant next door which is great and always pick up!

Been here so many times. Never disappointed each time. The broth is rich and flavorful. It shows how much time and effort they put into the brot, & genuinely love making ramen. My favorite is shoyu tonkotsu and spicy miso tonkotsu, yes, tonkotsu is supposed to be rich and heavy; not everyone's favorite, but it is for me, especially at this place. This place is low-key my most favorite ramen restaurant in Westchester. The female staff was so sweet and attentive.

Thereโs a good ramen spot in the Ardsley area, almost like an express spot. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have just the right texture. What really stands out is that the broth is served hotter compared to the Eastchester location, even more yummy. The price is a bit steep for a self-service restaurant, especially when factoring in tips. However, itโs currently the best ramen place in the neighborhood. Plus, the food is prepared by a native Japanese chef, which adds to the authenticity, just a personal opinionโฆ case by case lol

I was really excited for this place to open since they aren't many or at least good ramen places in Westchester. I don't consider myself a ramen expert, but I've been to a lot ramen restaurants, and I know what good ramen tastes like. First I didn't really like the concept of the restaurant (You order on the counter, and then they let you know when your order is ready and you have to pick it up). Ramen is good, I would say 6/10. Their broth was very rich, It had a sweeter taste to it. I thought it was the corn, and when I went the second time, I ordered it without it, but it was still a little sweet. I didn't hate it, but I definitely could live without it. The noodles tasted fresh, and it was a nice portion. A little more pricey than Kishuya on central av. I definitely would go back and try more things on the menu.
